Cut, formed, welded, finished — to your drawing
Steel and aluminium parts for equipment builders: enclosures, brackets, frames and panels. Five-off prototypes and repeat production run through the same building and the same checks.
Everything happens in one building
Cutting, forming and finishing are all done in our own 40,000 sq ft plant. Nothing is subcontracted out and queued behind another shop's backlog, which is why we can tell you where a job is when you ask. As one customer put it: knowing everything happens under one roof gives me confidence in the quality and timing of my orders.
The orders other shops turn down
Low volume, high mix is not an exception we tolerate — it is what the shop is built around. Fixturing resets in minutes, and the schedule treats every order as a priority rather than sorting jobs by quantity. A customer's words: Ashvern handles the small, complex orders that others won't touch, and they do it reliably.
Typical work
Enclosures and panels
Sheet steel and aluminium housings and panels made to drawing for equipment builds.
Brackets and frames
Formed and welded structural parts, from one-off prototypes through to repeat production.
Prototype into production
The same shop that makes the first article makes the hundredth, so the part does not change when the volume does.
Not sure we can hold it? Ask.
Send the drawing and we will tell you what we can do with it, or that we cannot.
