How a first job runs
1. Send the drawing
One part or a whole assembly, prototype quantity or production. Small and complex is fine — that is the work we are set up for.
2. We quote, and we say yes or no
If your part needs something we do not have in the building, we will tell you at quote time instead of finding out later.
3. We make it here and keep you posted
Cutting, forming and finishing happen in our own plant, so when you ask where a job is, someone can walk over and look.
If you want to check us before you order anything, ask for the delivery record. We publish on-time performance every month, misses included, and we will happily send you the history rather than a reference who was chosen for being friendly.
