We publish our on-time delivery every month. Including the months we miss.

Most shops will tell you they are reliable. We would rather you looked at the number and decided for yourself.

Ask for the current figures

A late part does not just cost you the part. It costs the build slot, the test window and the conversation with your customer. So the only useful thing a fabricator can give a purchasing manager is an honest record — not a promise made at quote time by someone who will not be the one calling you in week six.

Bad months get published too

Publishing only the good months would be marketing. We publish all of them, which is uncomfortable occasionally and useful permanently: it keeps the schedule honest inside the building, and it means the number you are looking at is the number. One customer summed up why it matters: I appreciate knowing exactly where my order stands, even if it means hearing about a delay.
