We quote and run the low-volume, high-mix jobs bigger shops decline. Fixturing resets in minutes, and the scheduler does not push your ten parts behind someone's ten thousand.

Most people who call us are calling because a shop quoted in an hour and then went quiet for six weeks. That is the whole reason we publish our delivery numbers, good months and bad. You should not have to guess where your parts are, and you should not find out a job has slipped by the fact it never arrived.
